For information regarding the land development code, please refer to the City of Flagler Beach Land Development Code (LDC) update website. This website was designed specifically to provide assistance during the revision process. Please utilize this site to stay up-to-date with the project’s progress and to provide the much needed feedback necessary to complete this update process.

The City of Flagler Beach Building Department, Planning Department and Engineering Department is located at 800 S. Daytona Avenue Flagler Beach, FL (The Wickline Building).

The Building Department at 800 S. Daytona Ave. will now be the only stop to apply and pay for the following items:

- Building Permits

- Local Business Tax Receipts (LBTR's)

- Yearly LBTR Refuse Charges

- Fire Inspection Fees

- Short Term Rental Permits

- Dog Friendly Dining Permits

- Wayfinding Signs

All telephone extensions for Building and Planning Department employees will remain the same.

Engineering Division

The Engineering Division handles all engineering site plan reviews, which includes all inquiries regarding utilities, stormwater management, topography, grading and filling, flood plain management, driveways, rights-of-way, elevation certificates, and flood zone areas.
