TELEPHONIC AND VIDEO CONFERENCING OF CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS DURING COVID-19 EMERGENCY:

Interested members of the public will have two options to submit comments for the record regarding any matter on the agenda or for matters not on the agenda.

1.) Send comments by email to poverstreet@cityofflaglerbeach.com before and during the meeting, and they will be read at the meeting. (450-word limit and assuming emails are received timely.)

2.) Call 386-517-2000 ext. 233 before or during the meeting to provide comments (not to exceed 3 minutes) they will be summarized and read into the record. The City Clerk will not read the entire document or read a transcript of the voicemail but will simply confirm that the comments were received. A sample statement to confirm receipt of public comment:

“For item ___ on the agenda for Thursday, April 09, 2020, the City received emails from Joe Smith and Jane Doe, and a voicemail from John Doe. These comments have been provided to the City Commission and will be made part of the permanent record for the public comment item on the agenda.”

If you receive a message that does not allow you into laserfiche to view City records, please try again later. The City has a limited number of licenses. When the number of people accessing laserfiche out numbers our licenses, occasionally you will receive this message. Please try again later.
