Public Notice regarding public meetings and COVID-19

Due to the recent concerns surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and in line with County, State and Federal guidelines and recommendations, the City of Flagler Beach, in an abundance of caution will be providing remote observing of the public meetings to satisfy the Sunshine law requirements of open meetings. The speaker in the covered entry outside of City Hall will be utilized for public participation in public meetings, we are also working to install a live video feed. Any person wishing to participate in public comments, will be provided a form asking which agenda item they wish to speak under. The Clerk will collect the forms and escort you inside one at a time when public comments are opened under the agenda item you wish to comment on. We additionally ask that people attending the remote observing of meetings adhere to the Center for Disease Control guidelines and remain 6 feet from persons not in your party.
