Subject: City Hall Procedures – COVID-19

Date:  March 19, 2020

Earlier today, the Flagler Beach City Commission unanimously approved Emergency Resolution # 2020-04, with regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. The aforementioned Emergency Resolution is effective today, and will continue for the next ninety (90) days.

Therefore, under current conditions with regards to the health, safety and well being of our Staff and our residents, the following social distancing procedures have been implemented effective today, March 19, 2020.

City Hall: While our Staff will be working normal business hours, the building will be closed for public access.  Residents can call (386) 517-2000 for assistance or visit our City website;

Utility Customers:  Please call (386) 517-2000 and press #1 to make a phone payment with a Credit Card, or pay via our website;

Payment via Drop Boxes:  There are two (2) convenient drop boxes locations at City Hall. The first is a drive up box located on South 2nd Street; directly in front of City Hall.  The second is directly to the right of the front/main doors of City Hall.

The City of Flagler Beach and our Staff are dedicated to making City services as effective as possible during this crisis.  Thanks in advance for your patience, cooperation and understanding with these new procedures.

A Public Service Announcement will be released if any additional procedures are implemented with regards to City services.
