OCEAN LIFEGUARDS: The City of Flagler
Beach is accepting applications for Summer Ocean Lifeguards.
Seasonal Part-time and seasonal full-time positions are available
with flexible hours. All applicants must possess a current
American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid certificate.
Prerequisite skills test includes a 500 meter swim. Final
Examination includes a written exam and practical skills test.

The equivalent of a High School

pre-employment selection process. Florida Criminal Justice Standards

and/or currently enrolled in a Florida Police Academy is required.
Must be a US citizen, not less than twenty (20) years of age, and
have a valid State of Florida driver’s license. Specialized training
or certification may be required based on area of assignment.
