Department Mission

To provide superior drinking water, and advanced treatment and disposal of wastewater through an effective utility system reflecting responsible environmental stewardship striving for 100% customer satisfaction. To enhance the quality of life by working with the citizens in our community, as well as public and private entities, in a professional, effective, and efficient manner.

*Payments at this office include: utility bills, golf cart registration, sanitation fees, and other miscellaneous fees.

Alternative Payment Methods

E-check payment via our online payment portal at www.cityofflaglerbeach.com. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments using an E-check. 

Automatic withdrawal from your checking account on the due date each month – you can download our Automatic Draft Authorization Form and return it to  Billing at UB@cityofflaglerbeach.com,.  There is no fee for this service.

To pay a utility bill or parking ticket over the phone:

  1. Dial 1-833-312-0157 
  2. Press 1 for utilities, Press 2 for parking tickets 
  3. You will be prompted to provide the utility account number or invoice number from the parking ticket. 

Utility Emergencies After-Hours & Weekends (Water Leaks, Sewer Back-Ups, Broken Water or Sewer Pipes, Flooding and No Water Service) please call 386-313-4911 and the dispatcher will contact the City to assist you.
