City Manager, William Whitson, and Police Chief, Matt Doughney will be touring the City on bicycles; the bike ride is to meet and interact with citizens, and is called “Two Wheel Tuesday”.  The ride affords us the opportunity to be visible and accessible in the community, away from their offices.
