FDOH-Flagler County Office Closure for Hurricane Ian

Flagler County, Fla.] — In response to Hurricane Ian, the Florida Department of Health-Flagler Office of Vital Statistics in Flagler County has temporarily relocated to120 Airport Road, second floor in Palm Coast, until further notice. The Florida Department of Health-Flagler Office of Vital Statistics will work from this location until power is restored to their offices in Bunnell, FL. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, closed 12 PM – 1 PM for lunch.

The Florida Department of Health continues to coordinate with local emergency managers on resource requests and is on-site at the State Emergency Operation Center in Tallahassee responding to Hurricane Ian.
