Library

About the Library:

The Flagler Beach Library is a City-owned and operated Library.  Its history is rooted in the local Woman's Club, where a small Library was started in the corner of their Clubhouse in the early 1960s.  That small town feeling remains to this day, as our Library still has a card catalog and every book has a pocket card in the back of it.

The Library is adjacent to Wickline Park, which includes picnic areas, basketball & tennis courts and a playground.  There is also an entrance to the Betty Steflik Memorial Preserve Walkway.

The Flagler Beach Library offers check-out service and use of Public computers to its Members at no charge, has WIFI available both inside and outside of the building during business hours (with no password necessary), and offers copy and scanning services as well.

In addition to the Library collection, there is a large selection of books for sale in all genres, book bags for purchase to take them home in, and a small sale room (where you just might find the perfect thing for 25¢).

Visitors are welcome, but please do not bring food or drinks inside.  No visitors under 13 without a Parent or Guardian.

Please check out our *online catalog to see the latest books available at the library, and feel free to ask if there is something you can't find.

Our New Book List is updated every week.
